We were asked to start working with Zenith Recruitment 3 years ago on a new business project they had initiated to help grow the consultancy. We were only too happy to help but we agreed there was other work to be done first. We needed to help them clarify their brand before we could attract new business. The image Zenith Recruitment projected was traditional, conservative, and matter-of-fact, but the complexity of their systems and dynamism of the relatively young company and it's staff was not well communicated or understood.

Our first task was to re-energise the brand personality by adding more emotion and charm - without diluting the serious capabilities of Zenith. Building on this over the last three years we've created an integrated look and feel to bring the company's communications under one umbrella.

Outcomes:

New name created to reflect the companies main focus and its point of difference: Zenith People // Noticeable rise in candidate registrations year on year since 2004 // Cohesive look and feel for printed literature and digital communications // Interactive, fully-content-managed website.
