Cathedral Lettings





With a strong foothold in the niche lettings market of Durham, Cathedral Lettings approached us towards the end of 2008 with aspirations to expand their service across the North East.
Their existing branding was tired and in need of a complete refresh that would be the catalyst to kick start their proposed expansion plans. After initial analysis to clarify the companies core values we were in a position to develop the new branding to reflect these values visually.
We created a new logo, introducing a graphic finger print design to reflect the personal service that Cathedral had become known for. New colours were introduced and the brand was applied across print, web and various marketing materials. In the 6 months following the relaunch, and despite the economic downturn across the industry, business showed good growth for Cathedral, placing them in a prime position to move forward with their ambitious plans for the future.
